How do I transfer my domain to you?

Ask your current domain provider to change the Tag of the domain name to STACK (most providers allow this via their control panel). Once this has been done, contact us and we will do the rest.

How long will it take to migrate my emails to SMT Contracts?

An email migration will usually take about 30 minutes to complete.
However, this can vary depending on the size of the original mailbox being migrated. For an average size mailbox of 1-2Gb, an email migration will usually take 30 minutes.

How do I set up my emails on my Android phone?

Open the mail application on your Android device.
Select Add New Account and enter the mailbox name and it’s password.
Select Manual Setup and select IMAP Account.
The User name will need to be the same as the mailbox name.
Enter imap.stackmail.com as the IMAP Server, change the Security Type to SSL, Port 993 should then be used.
Enter smtp.stackmail.com as the SMTP Server, change the Security Type to SSL, Port 465 should be added.
The outoing mailserver User name and Password are the username and password for your mailbox.
Select Sign In and the mailbox will be added to your Android.

How do I set up my emails on my iPhone?

01. Go to settings
02. Click on mail, contacts, calendars
03. Add account
04. choose other
05. Add mail account
06. Enter name
07. Enter your email address
08. Password – (See text message) and next
09. Choose imap,
10. Incoming mail
Enter Host name – imap.stackmail.com
User name
11. Outgoing mail
Enter Host name – smtp.stackmail.com
12. Click next
13. And Save

Make sure all user names are entered with the email address
